  • We guarantee live arrival of our fish. You must notify us within 2 hours of the carriers delivery time indicated on the tracking number.

    Send clear photos of fish in bag if you have any DOAs.

    Include pictures of the shipping box if there is any damage to the box.

    We either refund per each DOA or reship depending on the shipping cost.
