Ivory Mystery Snails are a great addition to any aquarium. Mystery Snails also serve many useful purposes for your aquarium. A major benefit of Mystery Snails is that they clean your aquarium glass and eat algae. In addition, Mystery Snails can reproduce quickly. If you have soft water you should supplement them with calcium wafers or supplements.
Shipping: We ship on Mondays/Tuesdays, and sometimes on Saturdays and Wednesdays. We add multiple Hot Packs or Ice Packs as needed. The box will include Styrofoam insulation, plus additional insulation materials and we insert oxygen into the shrimp bag (we use double bagging) and we include guppy grass which you can put into the tank with your shrimp. If you wish to purchase other shrimp or fish from us we do combined shipping at a discounted rate for the additional fishes you wish to purchase. The largest risk in shipment is the fish being left in a mailbox upon delivery. You can sign up for notifications about your delivery via USPS.com or for FedEx at https://www.fedex.com/en-us/delivery-manager.html
DOA Policy: We guarantee live arrival. I have included extra in case of DOA's. Contact me via our websites contact form for communications with pictures of the DOA fish still in the bag WITHIN 2 hours of the delivery time noted in your tracking number. Make sure you are home or someone is to take them inside ASAP and begin acclimating them to their new home.
